At Hubbau we strive to have an open and transparent workplace, where misconduct should not occur. That is why it is important for us as an employer that it is easy to blow the whistle. We use Visslan's whistleblower channel, which ensures your anonymity and high security.

Who can report?

Overall, you can report misconduct if you are active within the Company. If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblower policy here.

What can be reported?

We encourage you to blow the whistle if you suspect that there is wrongdoing within the company and there is a public interest in this being revealed. Examples of wrongdoing that can be considered as whistleblowing are:

• Corruption, deliberate accounting errors, fraud, theft or other
• economic crime
• Serious environmental crimes
• Major safety deficiencies in the workplace
• Other serious wrongdoings that affect life or health


If you are unsure, we encourage you to read more in our whistleblowing policy. You do not need to prove your suspicion, but all reports must be made in good faith.

How is your report handled?

The report will be handled confidentially. All personal data that is not relevant will be deleted, and the case will only be kept for as long as necessary.
