Aurobay develops and produces world-class hybrid engines and transmissions. With factories in Sweden and China, they are a pioneering global provider of propulsion technology, development services and contract manufacturing.

Aurobay was looking for a new partner for its talent program, a player who could both ensure high accuracy in recruitment and offer a tailored training program tailored to Aurobay's long-term goals.

Hubbau was responsible for the entire talent program, from recruitment and onboarding to tailoring training to the needs of Aurobay and the program participants. The program had a strong focus on promoting innovation behaviors in individuals and was complemented by customized modules in cloud and cybersecurity.

Of the candidates that Hubbaus qualified through its recruitment process and presented for specific roles at Aurobay, a whopping 82% were a perfect match and were offered a place in the program. The program included a total of 10 participants, with a wide variety of educational backgrounds and an even gender split of 50/50.

What happened after a year?

After a successful year, all participants were employed by Aurobay. This led to an extended collaboration in 2024, when the program was expanded to more departments and included 14 positions for new engineers. The accuracy of Hubbau's recruitment process also increased from 82% to 83% in the second year.

What was the highlight of the year?

"Having people within the same ages working together with me in the company. The training days with these people have absolutely been one of my favorite parts of this programme. And all the people I met thanks to this programme. I think the overall highlight has been the memories we created together this year, I've had so much fun and I will forever cherish these memories"
