Jeppesen
Foreflight
Jeppesen Foreflight, is a global provider of aviation software, navigation data and operational solutions used by airlines and aviation organizations worldwide.
Hubbau partnered with Jeppesen Foreflight to manage the Earn Your Wings Program 2025/2026, covering talent attraction, recruitment, employment, onboarding, training coordination and participant support. Throughout the program, Hubbau coordinated training activities together with Vinngroup’s sister companies, as well as program governance and regular follow-ups in close collaboration with Jeppesen Foreflight.
The program included 15 early-career engineers from a variety of software and technical disciplines. After a successful year, all participants transitioned into permanent roles at Jeppesen ForeFlight. Hubbau is a strategic partner to Jeppesen ForeFlight, and together we launched the second Earn Your Wings program for 2026/2027.
